long awaited Kenmore by the Lake book is now available for the public

Priscilla Droge, the local historian,
has been largely responsible for the collection of the maps, stories and pictures
from over 250 people for over 25 years. Working closely with editor, Terri Malinowski,
to create a book that is the first to be published solely on the history of
Kenmore. As Char Crawford states: "This has been a real community collaboration". An editorial board then worked during
an intensive period of 4 years to finalize the publication. The eleven member
editorial board consisted of Char Crawford and Priscilla Droge (Co-Chairpersons),
Jo Ann Evans (Photo Editor), Annette Eaton, Terri Malinowski, Jeanie McBee,
Elmer Skold, Kent Sturgis, Eleanor Taylor, Linda Horn and Tom Traeger, President
of Kenmore Heritage Society.
