Update 9:00 a.m. – Roads start to reopen in Kenmore

Kenmore, Wash. – City of Kenmore public works crews continue to work hard to remove water and debris from roadways.

The following roads have reopened:

• 73rd Ave NE at NE 185th Street
• NE 192nd Street between 80th Ave NE and 76th Ave NE
• Access to the Park & Ride at 73rd Ave NE and NE 181st Street

The following road closures remain in effect:

• 60th Ave NE  between NE 198th Place and NE 200th Court
• NE 170th Street between 68th Ave NE and 7400 block
• NE 169th Street between Simonds Road NE and 8400 block

Sand Bags:
Sand and bags are available for Kenmore residents at the Kenmore Park & Ride located at 18210 68th Ave NE.

Residents needing to report an urgent flooding issue can call 206-296-8100. If residents have a life safety emergency, they should call 9-1-1.

It is unknown how long these closures will remain in effect at this time and City of Kenmore urges citizens to use alternative routes in these conditions. Updates will be provided as available.
