Update 11:00 a.m. – Correction to remaining road closures

Kenmore, Wash. – City of Kenmore public work crews are continuing to remove water and debris on 60th Ave NE between NE 198th Place and NE 200th Court and other affected areas.

Recent road opening:

• ·        NE 169th Street between Simonds Road NE and 8400 block.

The following road closures remain in effect:

• ·        NE 163rd Street between 74th Ave NE and 76th Ave NE
• ·        NE 170th Street between 68th Ave NE and 7400 block
• ·        60th Ave NE  between NE 198th Place and NE 200th Court

Sand Bags:

Sand and bags are available for Kenmore residents at the Kenmore Park & Ride located at 18210 68th Ave NE.

Residents needing to report an urgent flooding issue can call 206-296-8100. If residents have a life safety emergency, they should call 9-1-1.

It is unknown how long these closures will remain in effect at this time and City of Kenmore urges citizens to use alternative routes in these conditions. Updates will be provided as available.
