How to maintain existing community character and allow for a smooth transition between new and existing residential development is a key question for Kenmore residents. The City Council would to like your input on “infill” residential development and feedback on different options within zoning/development regulations such as amendments to minimum lot size, lot width and yard/setback requirements. Infill is the process of developing vacant or under-used parcels in areas that are already largely developed. The Council is also interested in your feedback on different types of residential development such as cottage style housing.
