Police Volunteer Program
The Kenmore Police Department “Citizen Volunteer Program" allows residents to participate in wide variety of community programs, e.g. house checks, delivery of citations to the court, false alarm enforcement, community traffic safety, storefront clerk and more.
The following are the qualifications to become a Kenmore Police Volunteer:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Pass a background check
- Complete a polygraph examination
- Be willing to commit to four hours of service a month
Volunteers are given any necessary equipment, including proper identification.
