Updating the City of Kenmore Economic Development Strategy

What Are Your Ideas For Growing The Kenmore Economy?

A lot has changed since the City of Kenmore's first Economic Development Strategy was adopted in 2009. Remarkable progress has been made toward its strategies centered around promoting Kenmore’s image, downtown redevelopment, connecting to the waterfront, and business retention and expansion. It’s time to update the Strategy with new market information and a new work program to help grow our economy.

The City of Kenmore is updating the Economic Development Strategy and is working with Community Attributes Inc., a Seattle-based land use and economic development consulting firm, to lead this effort. The updated economic development strategy will be rooted in current market and industry dynamics to understand business and commercial growth capacities.

Community Attributes Inc. and the City of Kenmore want to hear your ideas on Kenmore’s future economic development and ways to encourage business investment. The comments collected through the website below, along with other outreach, will help identify project goals and strategies for future economic development initiatives.
