Notice is hereby given that sealed Proposals will be received by the Kenmore City Clerk, or the Clerk’s authorized representative, at Kenmore City Hall, 18120 68th Avenue NE, Kenmore, Washington, 98028-0607 until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 which shall also be the date, time, and place for the opening of Bids, for the project hereinafter referred to as Tolt Trail Project Phase 1, Project No. 15-C1469.
This Work includes construction of a Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) multi-use pathway within Seattle Public Utilities Tolt Water Line Right-of-Way between 68th Avenue NE and 73rd Avenue NE including temporary erosion and sediment control; earthwork; drainage; hot mix asphalt paving; and other Work. This project is located in Sections 1 and 12, Township 26 North, Range 4 East W.M. The estimated construction cost range for this project is $130,000 to $150,000 including sales tax.
Request for Qualifications (RFQ) - Federal Government Relations Services

The City of Kenmore, WA is accepting statements of qualifications from government relations professionals who can provide effective representation of City interests at the federal level, with Congress, the Administration and federal agencies.
Kenmore is a city with a population of 22,320 at the north end of Lake Washington near the northern border of the City of Seattle. Significant downtown redevelopment and infrastructure improvements (transportation, surface water management and parks) are planned in order to enhance the economic vitality and quality of life in the City. The City seeks federal support for infrastructure investments that will improve mobility, safety and the environment throughout the region.
Responses to this request should not exceed 20 single side pages, and should include: a letter of introduction; qualifications and relevant experience of firm members that would be assigned to this project; examples of results for municipal clients related to successful federal representation; and 3-5 references.
Submittals are due to the City Clerk no later than February 15, 2017 at 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
